Conference means Aebleskivers

Conference means Aebleskivers at the Siddoway home. You may ask what an Aebleskiver is. Years ago, before the kids joined our family Peter bought me an Aebleskiver pan. On the back of the packaging it says "a holiday in Denmark often begins with a breakfast of puffy fried cakes called Aebleskiver. The flavorful dough may be fried with a piece of apple inserted into the center." That is exactly what we do. Pete has become an expert and has changed the recipe so much I think it is now his own. We have made it for many family members, and hope that this tradition stands the test of time.
