Swim and Fun and Family

We had lots of fun, and very few pictures this week.
Sue had a girls night out,
Emily's golf practice,
Swimming on Friday and Saturday with friends (sunburns attatched).

And, Peter and I were invited to sing with the quad- stake choir for the Joseph Smith Sr. Family Reunion that was held in Ohio this year. Friday night we were invited to sing in the Kirtland Temple the origional hymns sung during the origional temple dedication. There were many ancestors of the Joseph Smith Sr. family present from both the Church of Christ and LDS faiths. Brother Carl Anderson spoke and Elder Ballard sent a video message from Salt Lake to his fellow cousins. He had planned on being there, but was unable because the Quorum of the Twelve were meeting at the same time. It was a lovely experience. Pete and I have been so blessed to have been involved with this choir. It has been an amazing musical experience, but also an opportunity to increase our testimonies of Joseph Smith and the Savior.
